Where Is Blooming Brilliance Based?

We are currently based on the boarder of Suffolk & Norfolk. I work from a space at home, For larger scale weddings and events we rent out local barns to store and complete the work.

When Is The Best Time To Arrange A Consultation?

I work around my children, I do evening consultations starting from 7.30pm other than that I am available on Thursday and Friday mornings if I'm nit busy prepping for a wedding. Clients usually get in touch a year in advance. If we aim to have your consultations around the same time of year as your wedding then you’ll be able to see what is seasonally available.

I aim to do a Zoom meeting first and once we get closer to your wedding date and you have booked me, we arrange a site meeting. Site meetings can be arranged first if you are having large installations.

As a small independent business - I only taken on one wedding per day. So it is important to get in touch as soon as possible to save disappointment. If I’m not available on your wedding day I will give you details of trusted floral designers in the area.

What to expect from your Wedding Consultation.

The consultation is a fantastic opportunity for me to meet new couples and hear all about your plans for your big day. It is a relaxed informal chat about what you floral expectations are. We discuss colours schemes, flower choices and designs. I always recommend that you bring along any images/ colour swatches to help guide your designs.

Once I have all this information I will be able to provide you with an accurate bespoke quote, this will be sent via email no more than 5 working days after the consultation. The quote is valid for 4 weeks.

Do You Have A Minimum Spend?

Currently I do not have a minimum spend for weddings, however once you have booked Blooming brilliance your floral requirements must not fall below 70% of the agreed upon quote.

How Does Delivery/Set Up Work?

At the final run through we will discuss delivery times and addresses. If you are having large scale work installed into your venue set up time must be allotted to us. Displays such as church arches will be made on the morning of your wedding. Other larger scale work such as flower walls or chandeliers will be made the night before your event. You should only see us on the delivery of your bouquets and buttonholes, all other work will remain out of sight where possible.

Collection & Take down.

All large scale displays have a take down fee worked into the quote. This service includes us coming to collect all of the large scale florals plus all displays that are within Blooming Brilliance vessels. This is done to allow a clean space after your wedding for your venue.  A time and date for collection will be confirmed with yourself or your venue before your wedding date. You are welcome to remove and keep the flowers from the vessels before collection if you wish, if you do not remove the flowers we will assume that they are no longer required and will be disposed of accordingly.

Do You Charge For Delivery?

The total price includes delivery of flowers on the day to a maximum of two addresses within a ten-mile radius of Blooming Brilliance. This service requires a minimum order value of £250. Additional deliveries and longer distances will be subject to a charge.

How Do We Proceed With A Booking?

To reserve your wedding date with Blooming Brilliance a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the confirmed quote will be required. You will also be sent a copy of our terms and conditions to sign and date, confirming our contract.

When Is Final Payment Due?

Final payment and firm decisions are due 6 weeks before the wedding. I usually arrange to meet my couples at this time to have a final run through of your quote to see if there are any amendments before the final balance is due.

If you wish to pay in instalments leading up to this time this may also be discussed.
